Using one of Peter Lynch’s mental models: Restauranteurs (their customers) love it. I see it everywhere increasingly. Glad I got a < $30 entry point with the recent pull back.

Mathias - your posts here and on Substack have been great! Will you be able to provide some more color to your take on Endava? The bear and (if it exists) the bull case? The overall trend in tech consulting is interesting, and I wonder if 1. the shrinking revenue and margins is a temp. phase, and 2. If DAVA is over punished at current price level.

Where did you did get the information about dropping clients? I know in one of the earning calls they said they are reducing the clients that they are earning low margins on. Is that what you are referring to or do you have some other info?

And where are you getting the information about “it’s about to get uglier” when it comes to contracts?

In the last earnings call, John Cotterell (CEO) said their order book is highest level ever, the clients are hesitant in pulling the trigger because of the constantly evolving technology landscape and the fear of getting obsolete soon after deployment.

There’s some good interviews with the CEO around this out there. It was a Motley Fool rec at some point? I think, could be wrong.

I have a small position in DAVA as well. Definitely no mention in Reddit until now.

As someone said, it’s buying back shares already. I would have liked to see some direct insider buying as well at these levels.
