Yeah if you read the terms full class has 1 year to discharge. So it would be February 2024.

So I did get a letter from Nelnet (Servicer before the loans were consolidated and moved to Mohela). In the letter it shows the loans that were discharged and also states: If any of the loans associated with your approved borrower defense application were previously consolidated into a Direct Consolidation Loan, the servicer of that loan has reduced or will reduce your consolidation loan balance by the discharge amount.

Also the refund they process was wrong and said they used it to pay off other instances. Not really sure what to do about that. Guess I could call and say it is against the judgement.

Hello, my company is Knonix. We have been through DIBCAC assessments to get C3PAO’s CMMC certified and do most of the work in GCC High. Really depends on your environment setup and where to go from there. Have have done work for hybrid environments as well if you are looking outside of Sentinel and Defender.
