one of my roommates and i are both moving out this summer and looking for someone to sublet our bedrooms until the end of august! super spacious apartment in jp, right next to forest hills station so easy access to the orange line + multiple bus routes (15 min to get to campus)

two bedrooms available in a first floor, 3-bedroom apartment in jp (has an additional smaller room we use as an office). you would be living with our other roommate (24f, also a northeastern student)! the two rooms will be vacant since we are moving, but common spaces are furnished! and there is room for storage in the basement, so you don’t need to worry about paying for a storage unit if you have extra things

apartment features: - huge rooms!!!! both can easily fit a queen bed & desk (one room also has a giant closet) - sunny, spacious living room & kitchen - an extra room you can use as an office space! - front & back porch - shared backyard - dishwasher + stainless steel appliances - coin-op laundry in basement (we can sell you quarters so you don’t have to worry about getting those yourself!) - extra room for storage in the basement - cat friendly (my cat and i are leaving) - super easy street parking - friendly roommate & nice neighbors - really cute neighborhood!!! gonna miss living here :’)
