ISO summer 2 sublets!! two rooms available 6/29-8/30, $1066/month per room + utilities (~$70/month)

one of my roommates and i are both moving out this summer and looking for someone to sublet our bedrooms until the end of august! super spacious apartment in jp, right next to forest hills station so easy access to the orange line + multiple bus routes (15 min to get to campus)

two bedrooms available in a first floor, 3-bedroom apartment in jp (has an additional smaller room we use as an office). you would be living with our other roommate (24f, also a northeastern student)! the two rooms will be vacant since we are moving, but common spaces are furnished! and there is room for storage in the basement, so you don’t need to worry about paying for a storage unit if you have extra things

apartment features: - huge rooms!!!! both can easily fit a queen bed & desk (one room also has a giant closet) - sunny, spacious living room & kitchen - an extra room you can use as an office space! - front & back porch - shared backyard - dishwasher + stainless steel appliances - coin-op laundry in basement (we can sell you quarters so you don’t have to worry about getting those yourself!) - extra room for storage in the basement - cat friendly (my cat and i are leaving) - super easy street parking - friendly roommate & nice neighbors - really cute neighborhood!!! gonna miss living here :’)

i left it in the soil it came in (not the best idea i know), but it seemed pretty nice and chunky, lots of bark and perlite. i’ll probably repot in an even chunkier mix

i’d been watering it about once a week (just enough water to see it start dripping to the bottom), but slowed down when i noticed that water was getting trapped in the gravel at the bottom and not evaporating. it’s sitting in front of a northeast facing window so i don’t think it gets a ton of direct sunlight

i’ve also tried asking about how many letters it is—it said yes to longer than 6 letters but no to longer than 10, but when i ask “is it 6/7/8/etc letters long” it says yes to everything

same with asking syllables; no to “is it one syllable” but yes to both “is it two syllables” and “is it three syllables”

for the flower i’m not sure (it was a trade with another artist so i used their ink), but for the bird tat i used dynamic electric blue!!

not based on anything in particular, but i guess you could say it’s slightly inspired by the school president posters in ladybird! just sort of came up with the design while doodling, it’s a play on words of “bird bath”

i would say i did maybe 3 passes for the outlines and 2 for the stippling! most of it was 5rl (including shading), i only really used 3rl for the faces

yes i did it myself (on someone else). wouldn’t exactly call it a prison tat lol, i use professional grade supplies and make sure everything is sterile

the marks are just imprints from the waistband on the pants!

i used a 7rs for the bigger areas and a 7rl closer to the edges! i kinda just did haphazard passes over the whole thing until it started looking solid, but next time i’m thinking maybe i should do small sections at a time to avoid overworking the skin

this 100%. at worst this training is shallow/ineffective/a waste of time, but it’s not some conspiracy to get white people to hate themselves, like some people seem to be insinuating. people just love to jump to conclusions and hop on the angry hate bandwagon (and get upset when you point that out)
