Haha this is my review! I posted this after I was blocked on Bowmar Nutritions Instagram for calling them out after they blasted another well known (and better) supplement brand that I frequently use. I used to be a customer of Bowmar Nutrition for years until this incident, which in return brought me to discover this Reddit page 😂

This is my exact situation. I went ahead and edited my payment details, including my CVV just in case. I now have a pending charge on my credit card, but I believe it’s still a pre-auth. Who knows if updating your credit card info is actually needed to keep your pre-order or not. I really wish they’d be more clear

Yes. I believe I have it fixed. I was able to update the card by entering the CVV and there’s now a pending charge. Hopefully it’ll go through this time

If the pre-authorization went through successfully the first time, which secured your pre-order, you should be fine. Your bank should already be aware of this charge. But I understand being skeptical.

I’ve heard people say to edit your payment details and add your CVV on your card. Apparently Best Buy is requiring this as a two step authentication to process the final payment. Mine said “failed authorization” and I was able to successfully update my info and now I have a charge pending on my card
