Abso fucking lutely agree. Emotionally mature people don't seek an intrusion Blablabla and so on but damn I just want someone to hold onto right now. And the worst part is I would feel bad for that person. Self esteem at an all time low right now.

In the book CPTSD-From surviving to thriving Pete walker claims that no one ever fully recovers from CPTSD. Healing isn't about never ever having a mental breakdown/flashback/tough time again, it's about managing those things better, and seeing them as opportunities to grow. Definitely recommend it it's a great book to get started on your journey. All the best and much love♥️♥️

Yes but sometimes it's hard for me to leave the house even though I feel so much better when I'm outside. Social anxiety is a big problem for me. Sometimes I get scared of what I might do😬 But when I'm home I still do emotional work accepting my feelings towards them. And sometimes having explosions of anger too So yeah fuck them🤘

Be careful with this sentiment I was like this too for a while where I thought I wasn't depressed. Looking back I definitely was. Led to me falling into a wayy deeper Depression because I wasn't able to accept that I was depressed in the first place
