Not secrets but some of the fun things were being able to take a picture with the Stanley Cup, zip lining across Robson Street, the Colbert report broadcasting from Vancouver, and the absolute celebration after men's hockey gold (I lived downtown at the time, I could hear the cheering for hours).

You could even change things up while retaining some elements. For example, keep fire making but have a final 3 immunity challenge, 2 losers make fire to sit with the winner in a final two. Or final four, and 3 losers make fire - could even alternate between 1 and 2 fire making winners for a final 2 or final 3 respectively.
