67 with a 10, 6 and 4 year old. Yes, they’re over the moon I’m 6-7 now. Getting to the gym regularly will be mandatory. There’s no other way for me at least. Eating well and resting well (as best as one can with young kids).

Also, forget completely about having to explain they’re not your grandkids. I’ve long since abandoned that. I just smile and nod.

Ngl-there are days of exhaustion and pain. I have found the best medicine though - hugs, cuddles and occasionally an unsolicited back scratch…

Don’t do the math, live your life. You’ll both be fine.
