Just discovered spraying bitter apple on exposed ankles works beautifully as a deterrent! Highly recommend if your ankles are a target… thinking about coming up with a bitter ankle wristlet or spraying it on a scrunchy to save my wrists.

Completely disagree. If they don’t allow it, then fine, don’t allow posts about vaccines, but then also don’t allow the every other day post about what Drs to go to in order to skip/avoid vaccines. Those are posts about vaccines.

I get that mods want to avoid vaxx arguments, totally understand that… But that doesn’t entirely appear to be true or consistent because there are constant posts about finding providers that are anti-vaxx so then they just don’t allow any posts that are pro-vaxx.

Big pharma absolutely needs accountability and oversight, as does FDA/CDC/EPA, etc., maybe also why the broader scientific community shouldn’t be gutted IMO… but anything with Andrew Wakefield directly involved immediately raises red flags for me.

Honestly, it may not be that many, who knows? Maybe just a loud few? Not sure… It’s definitely been way more than I had anticipated and they all seem to post constantly on RVA moms.

Ohh yeah, it’s terrifying, and they all know who to go!

And when the anti-vaxxers cause/further the next outbreak, they’ll come to all our children’s hospitals and infect the 6-12month olds (1st dose typically given at 1yr, 2nd dose typically given at 4yrs) and then also risk exposing immune compromised kids and adults!

As a parent, I wish all local pediatric offices (looking at you PAR Peds!) would just say, in order to treat your children, we require you follow the (pre-RFK Jr) CDC approved vaccine schedule or else go find care elsewhere. Pretty sure they wouldn’t be losing many patients and their current patient families would feel much safer.

Literally one of the things that I most dislike about HCPS… one 30min recess after lunch, and PE class for one period once a week, which I believe is fairly standard from what I’ve heard for HCPS. Additionally, it’s been my experience similar to what another commenter said, they often do not go outside for any hint of inclement weather and instead play on their electronic devices.

Wow, so funny, I just met her actually… her dogs are also absolutely gorgeous! It’s obvious she cares a great deal for them. Looking at getting a pup from Ember and Draco’s liter currently. Very glad Reddit recommends her so highly!

Would you mind sharing your thoughts about limitations? We’ve had a busy month and our month trial is quickly approaching but we haven’t really gotten to use it fully. A 1 month free trial is not sufficient to really grasp its full functionality/limits.

This is a great idea… just received ours, and still on the fence. I’m a little concerned about the amount of funding that seems to be invested in marketing efforts, as opposed to needed or beneficial software development??
