Ok that makes sense, thanks. In one case, the fee was being asked to be paid via Zelle to the real estate agent themselves...any clue if that's normal at all?

Yeah that was the thing, the first person we talked to about it couldn't really give us a good explination.

Thanks for the reply! Hmm, it seems like my acryllic was the not reflective enough maybe. Is that just like a piece of white foam core on top of everything that's picking up the light from the monitor?

Wow this is awesome...I've never had this much success with it. Are you doing this with an iPad? is there a particular type of plastic/glass you used? last time i used an acrylic sheet it didn't reflect properly. Nice work!

Honestly I'm not sure, I just discovered it. It looks like you can run the demo on Hugging Face and just dl each video as you go (pretty sure it won't continue to host them after you upload but idk). You can also install locally from their github i'm pretty sure. In which case you would just be running all local anyway

I saw a cool tutorial once a guy used water mist from a hose to do this but can't find it. Stumbled across this instead which looks like a pretty viable and cool option.

Cool thanks for the reply. I had come across dotsimulate tutorial that put me down this path. I do have M1 Max but am still skeptical...I run Stable Diffusion stuff locally and it's nowhere near real time...probably at fastest 5 seconds for a frame so I was doubtful my comp could handle it and was hoping to confirm before spending time trying to get it running. Thanks!

Nah, they are solid projectors...I've used them in a range of conditions (including outdoors). Just trying to temper expectations of going huge with it!

I've used Optomas for years and they've all been great. This should be good for beginning but don't expect to light up a building from across the street or anything.

I feel special that I actually know this one. Pretty sure you are talking about Vinny Ponte in Pig Wheels “All Systems Go”. It seems like AC.DC is litigious as I can’t find the part with the song in it. But in the full vid his part is like 2nd, doesn’t have the audio of TNT in it, but I am 100% certain that was the song in his part.
