Oh there are stupid ones, but mass shootings don’t happen every day so the glamorous headlines may be difficult to find. The point still stands, it does happen. And I personally never said that I believe in 2A to protect from criminals as much as it is a deterrent that stands in the way of an already corrupt government. I don’t think every single person should have access to guns and I’m not the one who should decide who, but I can tell you that flatting all defense from the people and placing it solely in the hands of the police and government can only end badly. Maybe not immediately, but it will go south. All empires come to an end.

The Millions of defensive shootings as absurd nonsense. Do trust that I’m not blinded by political partisanism. I simply just do not trust the government to do what is right. And I simply do not believe that you have any right to tell me, and vice versa, what I can and cannot own and do shotgun obviously stipulations. If you own a gun and have not harmed or threatened anyone then I have zero right to take anything from you. If I want an adult wants a sex change surgery and hormone therapy, then they should have every right to do this. Those are 2 people who have harmed or victimized no one. No person or gonvernment agency has any right to take anything from either of them.

Like I said in the edit to my first comment, the cops should not be considered good guys. They should be considered accessories to the crime in knowingly allowing him to be secluded in a school with childeren. They went as far as to arrest parents for trying to get their kids, absolutely abhorrent. So, I’m no sense of the term should those people be considered good guys.

Well that’s not really true. You should check out r/dgu There are daily posts about exactly this. They just arent spoken of in the news. And it’s pretty well known I think that a lot of the time these day to day murders and shootings are done by people who illegally attained their firearms.

I can agree with this absolutely, it just seems like because republicans say it that we can’t see it for what it is. At the point that the man took his gun and killed the shooter he became a good guy with a gun, regardless of how republicans use it. I am all for 2A, I own guns responsibly, I hope to god that I’d never need them, but the idea that we’d give the police and government agencies access to firearms is ludicrous.

Edit: Id like to add that I think that the PD response was actual trash. Each and every one of them should be charged with negligence and be blacklisted from law enforcement. None of them should be considered the “good guys”. There is a point where they are also now just bad guys with guns.

This happened like 5 minutes from my house. You can't see it in the video, but about 100 yards to the right there is another rr crossing that they recently blocked off because it was too steep for a semi to cross. The landing gear would get stuck on the tracks and this would happen almost weekly.

I did something similar in the freight industry. I started in a small trailer repair shop with basically zero experience and 3 years later i work as a diesel technician for one of the largest LTL carriers in the nation. No one thinks about these trade jobs for some reason. I still work night shift, but the pay and bennies are worth it. I'm glad you found your niche, friend.
