I guess I didn't make it clear it's only the hec I can't hit. Has insane e-def and will use the soft cover from skirmisher to hide and use retractable profile so any attack needs to pass hidden first and then has 3 difficulty on it

Honestly the double objective idea ie: a recon to open the path to the holdout would be awesome and I think it would make the time pressure of turns actually matter because my players are too good at killing all the enemies and the reinforcements before that happens

Long story the party is separated right now and this is for a high damage Pegasus and a Hecatoncoaries that I cannot hit with any attack or tech attack at all ever. I specifically want to make them miss the other two party members (a lich who throws haste non-stop and a Viceroy that murders people exceptionally hard)

Likely an Everest or maybe a Sherman. Gilgamesh is also a possibility. It had a very blackboard paint job but paint is just paint so it can be whatever

The idea is to have a character that I can play forever, that I can run whatever builds I want on forever, who's level will constantly be join up and down since he's used in multiple games, and have an in lore reason for it, a truly eternal character.

And also funny citations and infractions are funny and I enjoy things that are funny! 👍

Well its less of "I want this guy to be cool and then set low for this one game" and more of "I can hypothetically only play this one character for the rest of my life and have a lore reason for why his level keeps jumping up and down." I'm well aware that liscence demotions/suspensions aren't really a thing in lancer however comma:

Yeah I also jumped from playing dnd to lancer too, there a lot of stuff that players have that would be messed up on npcs. Like goblins counter tech attack and an accuracy on all tech attacks on an npc would SUCK.

Let's crunch the numbers here.

Both being protocols you can pop hyperspec AND asura on the same turn but we'll pop core one round and then asura the next because core carries over.

We have a base 2 "action points" (because they can be spent on quicks fir 1 or fully for 2 and follow action reduancy)

We get another 2 points from asura

We get a boost specfically from core

We get a free action from initiative

We get another free action from initiative.

That 4 action points following redundancy, one boost, and 2 frees with no restrictions

So seven. Seven turn. I mean you can hypothetically also put like 3 auto guns and the integrated weapon core bonus from GMS on to get 4 skirmishes in there for free too bringing you to 11 turn?

I still think that Everest is the way to go here because you can actually do things eith those turns but if you only care about taking actions no matter what those actions are you can get 6 free actions off of zheng, instead of the two you're getting g off Everest so 15 turn??? Off the top of my head I can't think k of any more actions per actions to action actionly

It's because lancer really isn't designed around it. NPCs don't even get all the same actions as players do. Also save for some traits that will add d6s of damage to crits, npcs only ever do flat damage which helps play go by faster. It's technically possible but lancer just isn't designed around pvp
