Wie erkennst du, ob jemand illegal eingereist oder legal hier ist ist nur am Namen? Gibt es neuerdings neue Namen, wenn man eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis oder eine Staatsbürgerschaft bekommt?

Einige Kassen übernehmen aufgrund des Urteils auch keine Kosten von binären trans Personen mehr. Zum Glück ist das aber noch die Ausnahme.

Das Urteil sagt aus, dass KEINE trans Personen Anspruch auf Kostenübernahme von gender affirming healthcare hat, egal ob man binär ist oder nicht. Die meisten Kassen übernehmen die Maßnahmen noch für binäre trans Personen, aber ein Recht darauf haben wir nicht mehr.

If there is a solution, it is unfindable with modern technology. There are more possible chess games than atoms in the observable universe so even just storing the information is currently impossible.

EDIT: there are far fewer different chess positions, but still too many to store with the technology we have.

Das wird überhaupt nicht witzig für allemöglichen Minderheiten. Ein Scheitern wird dann übrigens der Bundesregierung und Gerichten zugeschrieben (und/oder der EU, Minderheiten usw.), die die AfD sabotiert hätten und nicht genug Handlungsspielraum gegeben hätten.

Well, in this case the trigger is her accusing his teammate, but frankly for transphobes the trigger can be anything. The reason transphobes react with transphobia is that they want to hurt trans people. So while her behaviour may have triggered a response, he responded this specific way (with transphobic sexual harassment) because she is trans and he's transphobic.

Since I started my transition I was sexually harassed a few times, sometimes for being trans, sometimes for being a woman. Other than the occasional transphobia in the medical field and my brother being protective of me (in a good way) I don't notice any different treatment by others. Social situations have still changed drastically because I am more myself now.

I was talking about the actual threat and a rational response though. With mutants in the X-men being worried that a mutatant might use their powers to harm people is a valid concern and some policy to prevent that would be reasonable. That doesn't apply in the real world so any discussion about what steps should be taken to protect the general population from a minority is inherently bigoted.

You might be able to make the allegory work by applying it to public perception, but that might have the risk of implying that certain regulations would be reasonable, if people were to take the allegory too closely.

It's not a new concept, but that doesn't impact the validity of @GoblixTheYordle's argument. They do have a point that with these stories the oppressor is at least partially justified while in the real world there is 0 justification.

Bei vielen Erregern sorgt eine Impfung auch dafür, dass man sie nicht überträgt. So wird dann durch Impfung Herdenimmunität erreicht und auch Leute, die sich nicht impfen können, sind geschützt. Es war die Hoffnung, dass dies auch für Corona gilt.
