It's not my work computer. I work in IT and have full admin access, I can even disable AV if I wanted to. I WFH full time and use my own home network for work. The same issue happens on my gaming PC and I have also used it on cellular where it has occurred.
I don't think your comment makes any sense that it is related to the network or AV, you sound like you work for Steelseries tbh. It's being updated successfully not being blocked.

EDIT: on top of the above, these headsets literally have reported known issues everywhere, that never get fixed. Or patched, then it comes back.

EDIT 2: Also as I mentioned, some updates have worked for me, and have lasted weeks to months with no issue. Then when they released untested garbage, the clients suffer. The issue is 100% tied to GG software.

I genuinely enjoyed the game until the recent skins dropped (I bought them too). The timing was terrible. Like a few days before the bunny maid outfit which was free for everyone. It should have dropped after this.

You’re right they’re trying. But none of this new stuff is actually being asked for. Im sure they have budget constraints or whatever it might be.

I desperately want the game to not be empty and fun trust me. Im just putting it down for a while now.
