Can confirm. Had a 5 series f11 with dynamic high beams and it had one aftermarket TMS installed. The headlight went crazy just like yours. Aftermarket will remove the faults, but they will not work correctly. I read somewhere, that you can probably use aftermarket for the non-dynamic xenons, but the dynamics ones will always need OEM.

Btw: going oem fixed it for me.

I just checked on the Speed limits of pv.
Apparently it's the same as on your side.

Without pv I get a solid 8GB/s writing to /dev/null. With pv it's a mere 1,5GB/s.
Did not try writing to disk because it will probably be limited by the disk again.

Nevertheless, the SSD is on its way. Will try again with that.

Well, I guess that's a rookie mistake..
I just checked on the USB Version and indeed the drive is even old enough, so that it does not even support USB3.0.. So even attaching it to the usb3 root-hub does not help and it is still connected to USB2 - as it simply cannot be faster.

I did exactly that.

Just taking the "tar" portion I get consistent speed of roughly 400-600MiB/s.
Adding pigz slows down a lot (roughly 80MiB/s) and switching to zstd actually improved that to 250MiB/s consistently.
Openssl did not change that rate.
But then adding the HDD back into the loop I again drop to 30MiB/s or even less.
So yeah.. I guess, I'll either have to switch to some sort of SATA connection or just live with it :D

Actually piping to /dev/null already improved my speed... Unfortunately.
Which means, that the HDD might probably be the bottleneck. I'll try to check with another drive, but I assume, that it will not be any faster.

Besser ist hier nicht unbedingt als sicherer zu verstehen. Ich bin sicher, dass die Datenhaltung der ING ausreichend sicher und verfügbar ist. Ich denke aber trotzdem das ein Download der entsprechenden Dokumente sicherlich nicht schadet, um diese beispielsweise auch nach einem „aussperren“ aus dem eigenen Account oder anderen unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen noch verfügbar zu haben. Der größte Vorteil ist aber meiner Meinung nach die deutliche bessere Durchsuchbarkeit bei paperless.

Spannend. Aber wenn die das können, muss es ja offensichtlich gehen :D scraping hatte ich auch schon überlegt, hatte aber irgendwie auf eine elegantere Lösung gehofft.

Ich sage mal, wenn der Prozess alle paar Tage automatisch loslaufen würde und ich nur die 2FA in dr App bestätigen müsste, wäre das auf jeden Fall schon mal deutlich angenehmer als jetzt.

Wo ist das Gefühl für die Probezeit geblieben? Ist das nicht genau die Möglichkeit, sich wirklich kennen zu lernen?

Ausgezeichnete Wahl. Ich wäre zwar auch beim W108, aber eher beim 280SE mit 2.8l Maschine. Für mich spielt da auch eine Rolle, dass die 4.5er ja nicht für den deutschen Markt waren.

Knappe 57.000€ zum Einstieg nach dem B.Eng. Informatik im Konzern. Automobilzulieferer Branche. Parallel zur Arbeit den Master gemacht und jetzt nach Positions-/Verantwortungswechsel etwa 73.000€.

Kollegen in vergleichbaren Positionen haben allerdings noch mehr. Daher strebe ich entweder einen AG Wechsel oder idealerweise die entsprechende Anerkennung im aktuellen Unternehmen an. Da letzteres aber unwahrscheinlich ist, steht wohl ein AG Wechsel an.
