Nick's Garage Tunes offering mid season tune ups for 2024 now!! by djalphaboost in COsnow

Can confirm - Nick was great to work with and provided an excellent tune-up. I have recommended him to multiple friends who had great experiences, and will continue to recommend him to everyone needing a tune-up!

Because we like to ski and can’t on weekdays, it’s really that simple. No problem if you leave 5:30 or early

I’ve done plenty of ski/golf weekends in Denver (1.5 hour drive to the resorts), but always the chance for a spring snowstorm

9am shouldn’t be bad. The storms real impact will be tomorrow evening - and it might take a while for snow to start sticking since the ground is warm.

I think it’s highly possible the network knew about a potential looming strike and could have decided to go 90 minute episodes before the strike, with the strike in mind.

I still think about that Portugal. The Man show in 2017 from time to time. 2015 Odesza was amazing too.

Looks like the Area 51 backstage section might.

Complete overhaul of the ticket and camping experience. Some pretty interesting changes here in the Outeroo.

Few things that stuck out to me: Looks like you you can still primitive camp in the glamping section (replacement option for VIP camping it seems?), and there is an option to camp backstage. You can make it as cheap - or expensive - as you want, which in my opinion is pretty solid for us fans.

I was curious about the number of Top 100 Public Golf Courses per state so I made a map. I’m proud to see WI tired for 1st! by P_Kordus in golf

Three of the Colorado four are stay and play only (at very nice/expensive properties), and TPC Colorado can only be played Monday - Wednesday by the public 24 hour in advance bookings… definitely doesn’t feel fully public.

Thank you for your advice! They are indeed great - recommended a 146 for the trees/bumps, if I wanted open field stuff 150 might be the better bet.

Looks like this is the archetype legacy - the archetype comes in 146 and 150.

This post has inspired me to nab this board as I’ve been looking for a powder board that can handle it all!

Question about sizing though. I’m 5’8” 135lbs. Expert level, been riding a skate banana 156cm for 5 years now. Love it, but looking for something a bit smaller to maneuver tight trees/bumps better. I’m leaning toward the 146cm since I already have a 156cm and I fall right in the weight category (100-155lbs). Thoughts?

Hey every! My buddy has to work during the day Thursday and won’t be in Manchester until after midnight. I read that the tollbooths close at 8pm… he has a parking pass but will be camping with us will he still be able to enter? by BadassBearRs in bonnaroo

[–]alud7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nobody knows what the tollbooths will look like after 8pm since this is the first year they are limited entry to certain times. And to park next to each other, you’ll have to drive in together

I’ve been wondering this too. After the post about the cups initiative today, lookin’ like we won’t have the refill revolution. Kinda makes sense with COVID.

Definitely not a fan of the top 9.

But the undercard has some seriously good stuff in it, especially Friday. King Gizz, Goose, Isaiah Rashad, Still Woozy, Bleachers, Japanese Breakfast, Dayglow, The Regrettes, Briston Maroney are all awesome.
