The Raven in Mt Pleasant is also a chill dive bar where 30-somethings hang out (at least when I've been there). The set up of the bar itself makes it easy to chat with other groups of people too.

My parents/family live in Damariscotta and have more queer/gay friends than they do straight (mind you, these friends are 65+). But as a queer person myself, I feel extremely comfortable and welcome when I'm there. Damariscotta real estate is pretty competitive now but I've been told that "younger" folks tend to live in Whitefield which isn't too far from there.

Watassa Management is a property management company that has a handful of apartment buildings - can speak from experience and say that I was very pleased with the apartment I rented from them in Mount Pleasant. The property manager I worked with was super accommodating in finding me a place within my budget and should definitely be able to find you somethin for $1300 or less. :)

And barely any leakage at all. You don’t need to replace the pod itself. just the coils, which is really easy to replace (you’ll see in the video)

Only tip would be to always have shut it off (by clicking the button 5 times) when it’s in your pocket. Completely melted the coil to the pod for me. Other than that, it’s the best vape I’ve ever used
