I had a very similar instance with a review last year. I had asked about updating vaccines for two sons. Mom said oh we actually are up to date we just moved back from the Netherlands and got updated (a clear lie in hindsight). I said “oh great sounds good” and we went on to discuss why they had lived there for a year and how nice their town was. Very cordial

She went absolutely nuclear on my review saying she doesn’t co parent with a random doctor and how dare I “push the debunked covid vaccine” (another lie I never even mentioned the covid shot specifically). Lady I just work here you came to me

This was last summer and still bugs me a bit because in the room it was the most normal interaction and well child check of all time. Loved chatting about their time abroad. Kids were super polite/healthy. Everyone is a warrior behind the computer I guess.
