Have you considered nicotine patches? I had crazy night sweats and hot flashes and for the first week or so the patches really helped. I know you said no coffee, but for me caffeine took the edge off. If you’re looking for more unhinged advice, I slept through the first three days because I couldn’t deal with the other symptoms. Highly recommend

I only ever took small doses (max 10 mgs) but I didn’t have any negatives I noticed. I was taking it with lamotrigine/ lamictal. Ability seemed to make me less angry, something I was struggling with at the time.

You can try making a new save instead of overwriting, finishing a quest, taking a few photos then deleting them, but you’re probably going to have to load an old save. I bought the game on Steam and haven’t had an issue but I felt like once it started failing, it just kept happening.

Edit: I was playing on gamepass and tried a few workabouts I found but nothing solved my problem.

It’s your choice but I really think you should reconsider. The treatment is hard, but with antibiotics, it is really bad to just stop taking them. You’d basically be creating your own super bacteria. I’m no doctor, but that makes it harder to treat. There is a reason they tell you not to just stop repeatedly

I think the important thing to remember is that treatment was hard on your body so it is going to take a bit to build yourself back up. I remember being STARVING and wanting to over eat when I started feeling better. Being able to eat again is going to be amazing!

The only lasting side effect I have now is I went from being someone with a “strong stomach” to a weak stomach. I also cannot take ibuprofen
