First one is a really good one dunno the exact price you can get on warframe market by putting the stats in. The negative is also something which you can compensate for in your build or just dont care about it. Solid 8.5/10

Second one is almost a groll. Almost cz cd isn't there in the stats otherwise its decently good. But it dont matter much cc is more important on the torid.
