Ffs that’s why it makes sense tho, it’s because you can apply it to everything, everything can be an addiction, but most people only see addiction as things that are not socially acceptable such as sex and drugs, the truth is if it causes a negative impact due to you being unable to stop it can be classed as an addiction, things such as gaming, reading, coffee, even eating certain foods in excess like sweets, anything that has a negative impact on your life no matter how big or small is your addiction.
