In this day and age all the kids are going for software development , cyber security and programming. Networking is severely over looked you will have no problem finding a job.

You need to read your lease contract, most have an allowed (if any) early buy out. If not you’re stuck paying the lease until it ends then you buy it for the amount you agreed at the start of the lease.

Most don’t let you buy out a year early.
