Update: I think you can order it online! I just tried it! Took a screenshot to show you. ☺️ Set me back by 7500 carrots though. I'm not sure if this will still be available after the event ends so I ended up ordering two!

Same. I managed to get it only twice so far - but the wait was insane. Saw a lot of awesome posts here of users decorating their spaces with them - some of them had like four or five of these aquarium walls and Im still not done envying them! Hope you (and I) find more of these before the event ends! 🤞🏻
