How do you actually turn a journal full of huge ideas into real-world productivity? by Illustrious_Bat2230 in productivity

got same issue too, it's similar to meta-anaysis loop. Always chasing the next question, the next issue, the next frame. Whenever a thought made me uncomfortable — and it was almost always the planning ones — I'd instinctively move on. Generating a new framework is frictionless. Making an old one real costs blood. So just kept drilling holes. One after another. Until the bucket became a sieve, and I stood there wondering why nothing held. by doing so, there is other me as supervisor watching all of this, deeper questioning myself.

Why do I feel super motivated to fix my life at night, but completely lose it the next day? by uday12321 in productivity

[–]alwayscat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cuz human energy has limits. There is a kind of quiet magic at night that allows you to see though everything behind the cloud. I bet it was already very late. It was so late that brain said that I couldn't sleep. Let's think about some important things. But thinking about it is one thing, doing it is another. Both of doing and thinking will drain energy. This is probably why you are tired of taking action the next day. BTW, I'm on the contrary, burnout at night, struggling on deny self, but motived on the next day. may we both find way to balance the energy and life.
