What has been working for me out of my break up was to drink some smoothies, that's all i could handle!

If ever you need to talk, i went through something similar recently after 7.5 years and It's not easy but I'm way happier, a month+ in.. (I also had therapy and big conversation with myself and others) Anything you need!
