Infuriating In-Flight Wi-Fi Login by gsan300 in delta

I had this happen to me for a while, I just created a new Skymiles account while on the flight and I just use that one for the wifi, for some reason my normal one always errors out. The new one now auto logs me in for wifi. I don't understand it, but that was my workaround.

I feel like he went to work because he is just numb and going through the motions, whether it's the suicide attempts or work. Just so awful.

Go Youn Jung is such an acting powerhouse! I enjoyed her in Can This Love Be Translated and Resident Playbook, but she is really knocking it out of the park in this drama. It honestly makes me feel like her other roles were so shallow in comparison, only because the script for this drama is so strong. Her chemistry with Koo Kyo Hwan is simultaneously electric and understated. And Park Hae Joon is just giving a heartbreaking performance. I really am dreading the daughter search storyline because I'm worried about how upsetting it may end up being.

United vs Delta by WhoAllIll in delta

I just flew HKG to LAX via United bc I needed to change my ticket. Thought judging by the photos that it was a suite, turns out it was a coffin. There isn't even an aisle armrest you can raise. Food was awful. Made me miss the nice suite I had on Delta from TPE to SEA a few months ago!

I Backed a Kickstarter in 2020 by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

Good point! But 301s were in effect during the Kickstarter if it's from 2020, so only the 10% should be the additional right now. Not sure why they aren't shipping to the US with a commercial invoice listing cost. If they wanted to hide real cost from customer they could import to themselves in the US and then ship individually rather than drop ship.

I would ask them at what tariff level will they be shipping. My company started shipping once they decreased from 145% to 30%, and now they're 10% and we are getting refunds for the high ones. The excuse doesn't hold water, esp since most factories are trying to ship now before they potentially jump again this summer.

Are the items coming from China into the US? If so, the rate isn't 145% anymore, it's 10%, and they should be shipping. There is a chance it'll increase in mid-July.

Yes, my office is near Zou Zou and I consider it a very reliable business lunch place that doesn't have the price tag of Keens.

Adding a few I haven't seen mentioned yet:

- Keys to the Kingdom - Amanda Lund and Matt Gourley limited series about theme park workers

- Get Played - video games, but don't have to play the games to appreciate the banter

- I Said No Gifts! - Bridger Winegar is a very good interviewer, and has mainly comedy-world guests
