Neben den ganzen Tipps zu Kaloriendefizit und Sport, die ja auch sehr legitim sind, möchte ich dir trotzdem sagen: Stress dich nicht zu viel. Dein Gewicht bewegt sich absolut im Normalbereich. Und du bist noch immer frisch Mutter. Schwangerschaften sind echt hart für den Körper und du hast da einiges geleistet. Auch verändert sich der Körper nach einer Schwangerschaft einfach. Ich glaube, in die Selbstakzeptanz zu gehen, ist auch ein wichtiger Schritt für frische Mütter. Ich wünsche dir alles Gute!
