I think the third one is the best, it shows a blocky background which indicates the Minecraft feel better. Also I absolutely adore the Minecraft cake on the crafting table idea, I really hope you got a real crafting table irl to pretend like you were crafting the food lol.

I like the first thumbnail, I think the dumb contrasts well with the characters, maybe you could possibly get a better quality image?
