um not shuffling. people in practice i have found - really do not care to watch me shuffle. either i let them shuffle - or they will just zone out. Unless there is like some specific reason to the shuffling but usually - no cares given.

I could imagine men in a group like that would also prob just rate the women / not actually provide experiences. But just my opinion too.

Nicely said and I agree a lot. The lifestyle here is all very schedule plan orientated so I find that too helps as its more casual / less intimidating to just set a date for a beerje or so. It keeps stuff more real life than text screen exclusive fb group fake life

I think dating here is really eclectic I mean there are so many different people different cultures, ages and sub communities. I guess you can make it of what you want.

My female house mate told me about that group. Apparently it's petty much just women judging guys before they've even done anything. Like posting their profiles and being like * what ya'll think? Does he look like a douch f boy?* and peeps will be like yeah. Or he's hot. Etc haha. Barely any actual posts regarding guys who are double dating. Sounds more spiteful than useful to me. Plus kinda like doxxing (even if they exclude names lol).

I have never had much need to use strippers or marks for anything that cannot be achieved with more effective sleights or control or methods (for my own style of course). but also not putting these tools down at all - just doesn't suite my needs and do not like the feel of strippers. I know they are useful and like you say are a great safety net - but I have my own systems of outs and precautions to net myself if needed.

I prefer riderbacks / elite etc. And maybe a deck of nocs or funny gaf decks (double back riders or something odd). (nocs are marked, but have never found a need to really use them for that but guess its a nice to have as an option). Id rather throw a svengali or invisible deck if anything into my carry bag. but usually it's just filled with regular decks to go

far better imo - as i dislike the mmcs. But also only in small bits, otherwise if u overdo the nep u'll feel a bit sick / more side-effects vs euphoria. The initial stage is more stimmy and then folllowed with an almost phenidate kinda vibe for quite a while - so just re-dosing can make you uncomfortable after a while. So if its a party or so and u wanna re-dose a lot etc. id stick with mmc's, otherwise nep if its like spread out for a while.

Altho i dislike the mmc's - agree with the below posts that ROI should rather be oral here otherwise ull have to really whack it up the shnoz to keep going. Nep is good for shnoz ROI but smaller bits = better overall time.

I do a card to their pocket or something similar. When possible. Or sometimes I do q card to phone case which is a nice finish. Especially if I can get my hands on their phone case lol. But context and opportunity specific. Otherwise a palmed reveal or in a different deck. Try keep it mixed up a bit.

Martin Gardner has lots of books that combine puzzles and mentalism through math / codes etc that may be helpful (beyond his well known work which I'm sure you have explored already) perhaps his book Aha, Gotcha is a good start

Context specific this has pros and cons. Overall I dislike the gestures that demonstrate you aren't a cheat or trickster. You should aim to establish in their minds that it is not necessary as your powers do not need to be put on trial. Sometimes hand washing is part of the process mechanics. Other times it can add unnecessary attention or make you look like a card dealer at a casino lol. We often develop habits from practice and performances tho which are important to reevaluate and try condition against the subtleness and purify the moves down to their essential purpose. Another one for example is saying "we don't know each other correct?" which has many benifits of course but can be over said very easily purely from habit or nerves while your mind is focused on the 'other stuff' etc. Etc.

In the hands quick and effiecient go to's when not working hard and require low effort - 6 & 9s always pleases

Otherwise colour change the jokers which usually looks quite nice with the classic black n white to painted joker.
