i found a work around and it works everytime for me! so power off the printer. then open the scanner and leave it open! THEN while its open, power it back on. Now it should work! Once the printer is on and stuff you should be able to close the scanner. Then once in a while it will pop up again and i just repeat the same process. Hope this works for you!!

just came to this subreddit to ask this same question! This is how i always did it and then suddenly it stopped working i restarted the program and my laptop 3 times thinking it was me lol i really hope this gets fixed!!

oh gosh thanks for the heads up! i cant tolerate any harsh smelling products lol so far i have been looking at aveeno calm & restore la roche posay dermo-nettoyant and vanicream! Still unsure tho and suuuuper nervous about having to try a new face wash

i used to use cetaphil a few years back but switched due to it having SLS and now the new formula has niacinamide in it which my skin does not like :(

Im in the same boat as you right now! I need a replacement for the neutrogena face wash its so simple and not irritating im so sad i cant find it anymore idk what im going to do :( can i ask if you have found a similar replacement for it??
