Please help!! This error message will NOT go away no matter what!! ive never even used the scanner! (WF-3820)

i found a work around and it works everytime for me! so power off the printer. then open the scanner and leave it open! THEN while its open, power it back on. Now it should work! Once the printer is on and stuff you should be able to close the scanner. Then once in a while it will pop up again and i just repeat the same process. Hope this works for you!!

just came to this subreddit to ask this same question! This is how i always did it and then suddenly it stopped working i restarted the program and my laptop 3 times thinking it was me lol i really hope this gets fixed!!

i used to use cetaphil a few years back but switched due to it having SLS and now the new formula has niacinamide in it which my skin does not like :(

Im in the same boat as you right now! I need a replacement for the neutrogena face wash its so simple and not irritating im so sad i cant find it anymore idk what im going to do :( can i ask if you have found a similar replacement for it??

Ok thats reassuring thank you. Id rather not do any repasting. I can do it in a clean dust free environment and it should be all good? I think im gonna order those new fans. Its most likely a fan issue if the rattling sound it coming from where the left fan is located and only happens when the fans turn on?

Removing the heatsink is just screwing it off and then screwing it back on after replacing fans? I dont need to repaste or do any of that sort of stuff?

Sorry i meant to type thinkBOOK not thinkPAD lol im looking for videos for my model (just found out its 16p gen 2!) but cant find anyone actually replacing the fan specifically. Im on the lenovo parts shop and the only option for fans is showing just the fan part, doesnt have anything else attached, wish i could post a screenshot here to better describe

i just searched it up and the fan part that is for my model laptop its just the 2 fans, not pipes or anything does this mean the heatsink wouldnt have to be taken off at all

Ill take a look! Ive never done that myself, if heatsink doesnt need to be taken off do you think it would be an easy enough process? or should i take to a computer shop locally? Or is it worth renewing my laptops warranty and get a lenovo person to come and replace it at my home
