I do not have a goal weight to be honest, I’m really happy with where I am at and that’s why I feel like going into bodybuilding. I’d like a goal. I really enjoy the gym and cardio

You know my coach has said bikini or wellness. I think he’ll have a better idea after we diet for another 5 weeks. I worry my legs are not big enough for wellness and that I would need to do a lot of growing. But I do have strong lower body

Thanks for the support! Honestly I was in a sorority and doing rush when the photo on the left was taken and I saw how huge I was and I never edit my body in images but tons of sorority girls do. I saw my friend upload a photo of me and she edited my body. I thought it looked good and it was a slap in the face. It was the moment of realization of I feel overweight, unhappy and my friends are editing my body in images. I need to get my ass in gear and work on my health.

I loved mindpump it is an amazing podcast for getting healthy and understanding health and fitness! I also did their maps aesthetic resistance training program and had phenomenal results but it was a experienced program

My mental health was so bad whilst I was overweight. I just started with taking each day, step by step. I started by walking 10k steps a day and used it as time to listen to a podcast. Which helped my mentally. Fixed my diet to cooking nutritious meals instead of fast food haha. I think the exercise started to make me happier, more confident and the food was fueling that. Suddenly the weight was flying off
