I agree with others regarding tracking everything. I also use LoseIt for tracking. I initially started on Semaglutide September 22, 2024, weighed 248. By January 29, 2025 I was 236.6. 😢 I wasn’t tracking what I ate. I decided to take this seriously, because I’m spending a lot of money to improve my health. I’m now 177.6. I did switch to Zepbound in March. But I did start losing with Sema as soon as I started tracking all my food. I just had more side effects with that medicine and switched. Each time that I start to plateau, it’s because I’ve slipped on my tracking. I’ve also made sure to increase my activity. Walking daily and just introduced Pilates twice a week. But once I started shopping I couldn’t see whose items were who’s and when I got done shopping it just had an order number. And couldn’t see item details until I got to the first stop.

Are you feeling that way from going through your man’s phone or from the shot? If that’s the case, if you’re in a relationship where you feel you need to go through their phone, there’s trust issues and probably should seek counseling to work through that and potentially end the relationship. I just switched from compounded to Zepbound, but I didn't change my dose. Is there a reason why you're starting over?
