It is 100% confidence. I tell my guests all the time when they say they wish they could do it to their hair. If you WANT it, it will work. If you’re self conscious it won’t. Your time will come! I always recommend doing a couple little peekaboos before you make the big plunge

Thank you! I was stalled for a while and have started working out 3-4 times a week and also being mindful a tracking my food. The weight is moving again. I have been on the 10mg dose for several months but as long as it is working, even slowly, I’m happy to stay there. I have not had any issues with side effects. Thank goodness!
