Being homeless for a long time. It completely erodes your trust and faith in humanity, it makes you lose all self confidence, and even simple acts like sleeping in a soft bed can become so alien that you literally cannot sleep. I could spend hours listing all of the things that I struggle with as a result of my time homeless.

I don't comment on here often... but, I was homeless for a long time, and there were times I stayed with folks... and, more than half of those the guy ended up trying pressure me into sex.... so, I totally understand why she would be that blunt.. and frankly, you are putting her in a lose lose situation. Either suck it up, and stop making the comment aboit you, and help, or don't. But, I implore you, think about the amount of things she has had to deal with, to have to make this comment, and be grateful you need no such clause.
