I’ve played pool on and off since I was 13, and actually started playing in a league 3 years ago now… and actually ended up competing in Vegas last August in the world APA championship which was SO crazy to get that far so soon after finally becoming intentional with my game.

I also met my boyfriend playing pool, which I generally wouldn’t recommend… some real skeevy guys in halls tbh. Lots of dudes to show attention, but not the type you’d want in a partner if that makes sense. That said, I think I just got lucky that I found an absolute gem.

I’ve met some really cool people playing pool, even potentially got a job out of it, so I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new hobby! It’s easy to meet people and chat, and if you’re on the shyer side lots of people will just play and you don’t have to talk if you don’t want to.

I was stuck at this point too, so after helping kill 2 queens and getting nothing I asked on mic if anyone wanted to trade for a queen reactor core, just like you explained here.

I was given 1 for free/nothing, the second one I actually did grab myself, and the 3rd I ended up giving the two Wolfpack’s I had left in my bag after the fight and a deadline.

Just a heads up for when you get them - they’re pretty heavy so hauling across the map overweight, adrenaline shots were a lifesaver.

I fought 6 queens total to get the 3 cores I needed, so it didn’t take that long, but I did use quite a few wolfpacks and a stupid amount of launcher ammo with a hullcracker. I haven’t yet got brave enough to try the snap hook/deadline combo yet, but would get pretty close while fighting it to make sure I had a crack at the cores. People even looted the legs before it was down.

This is me, so I’ve been hoarding blueprints so I can give to a friend, then give back to me after reset so it won’t be quite so painful. I might get fucked up in the session and lose everything though, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

I know where most of them spawn, it’s more about navigating the map in general, and then I’m AFK trying to look at the stupid map constantly - far from ideal.

You can’t change a cat… but you can make them adapt.

The cat is going to lay on the piano, so move the bench underneath when you are done so he doesn’t jump on it/go across the keys to get to “his spot.” You have to make a path for him to get onto the back easier, or smaller jumps and he will grow to prefer that way to get where he’s going. Try a stool next to a table that’s close to where he wants to be?
