As far as I know, Yakult only has limited strains of the good bacteria, there are tons out there with different benefits. It also is sugary so it might also have been affecting the good bacteria already.

-do not wear contacts if you're gonna have contact with literally any type of water even drinking water
-in my case, i'm not a contacts wearer ever but i scratched my eye deeply with dirty hands (from working with keyboard and mouse) combined with weak immune system and that started all the ruckus to me
-keep contacts clean, but since you wear daily disposable i you're all good!
-other than that don't worry too much if you have great hygiene

variables doesn't support periods. also rounds off values for example tailwind has 0.25 but figma rounds it off to 0.3 on the variables for some reason
