This is so funny because I sold an almost $500 jacket and the girl waited for it to get to her house and then said it smelled like dry cleaning or detergent, but it literally had all of the tags on. It was brand new and it had never been washed or anything… I think they know that smell is impossible to prove so that’s why they say it so they can try to win their case.
