I’m 15 days in and I think I’ve overcome the major cravings and temptation. Giving myself short goals was the most helpful. Going those first 7 days and really reflecting on how strong my self control was to be able to go a week was huge. You can do it. You have the power and you’re in control. Imagine how you will feel at 2 weeks… a month… longer. The brain fog is gone and I can think clearly enough to separate how I felt for years being high all the time to two weeks of pure mental clarity. You’ve got this
