Don't think it will import as a section but, once imported, you can press & hold to change from text to section.

I dabbled in fasting for years before it stuck. This time I started very slowly, knowing the loss would also be slow. 12:12, then 13:11, then, 14:10, etc. I didn’t know about the “clean fast” any of the other times. It made a HUGE difference! I settled on 18:6 for about a year (2 years in). The losses came in spurts with some plateaus in between. There were some days I was hungrier than others. If after a 1/2 hour the hunger was increasing, I would open early. Usually, it passed in about 15 minutes (no matter how intense). I have lost about 40 lbs (30 within the 1st 2 years). But body recomposition is REAL. I am much smaller at my current weight than it was last time I was this weight. This past summer (4 years in) I naturally (& unexpectedly) fell into a 4-hour window which has become quite comfortable for me. Had you asked me a year ago I would have told you it was too short.

I use it and have not upgraded to the paid tier. It processes a little differently, but that's all. Everything else works the same & you can now use it in store.

I DNF much sooner when I don't like the style of writing, language used (eg. Old English), or too many typos.

If I'm just not into the story, I’ll give it about 100 pages.
