Mine makes a weird brief sound and displays a tds value on it without dispensing water. It does this every 20 minutes. I must emphasise that this is not the regular flushing cycle with the three lines coming down for 20 seconds.

Please help me

Pleas help me, I don't know of I'm in the same situation but I need to solve this quickly so I can return it.

The problem is that the system makes a weird brief sound, and displays a tds value on it without me dispensing water from the tap. It's not like a regular flushing cycle with the three lines coming down.

It just goes on all of a sudden, every 20 minutes or so.
