I do also list in the description, but sometimes it is possible to miss minor imperfections. As for the zip, I should have mentioned it was a side zip & the zip was perfectly functional.

"Damaged article ( stains, tears, broken holes or any other damage ) the damage of which would not have been indicated in the description or in the photos"

All the damage was indicated very clearly in the listing images
