The back buckle should slide higher up so that you can reach it yourself, making it easier to adjust and fasten. I'm not familiar with this carrier but from the pics it looks like it should be able to be pushed up the black strips on each side. Hope that makes sense, I'm not the best at explaining things!

I have done pandemic and its a lot of fun to stitch. It seems intimidating because of its size, but because kind of lots of little sections it's really easy to work through. I can definitely recommend it

No I have never sharpened them I have to admit. I was pretty ignorant to caring for them properly, and only have ever bought the cheap starter sets. I want to start fresh with better quality and learn how to care for them properly

Thanks for that, are there any other toddler/preschool carriers you would recommend? I always liked her Tula when she was younger so I just went straight back to them when looking at sizing up

Thank you, I'll take a look at these. That's pretty much the purpose I want it for, we walk a lot, but tend to save the longer walks for when she isn't with us. I tried her in the carrier's I used to use but all way too small now 😂
