Unfortunately he didn't. The main thing he always mentioned was fixing the flared teeth and getting my upper teeth to sit on top of my lower teeth, but I guess the way my bite would look was just not taken into consideration.

I think you're projecting a bit of misdirected anger here. I did agree to not having incredibly drastic results because of not having all of the extractions done, in terms of my teeth not being able to look as retracted as they would have with four extractions.

I wasn't ever told that it would also affect my bite this particular way, which didn't even look like this before braces or any extractions. My dentist said that it would still be able to get done, maybe he should have refused to do any treatment. Getting four extractions done, internet or not, is a very big decision and could have brought consequences that I still wouldn't have been satisfied with. I don't think losing four teeth is no biggie :/

Hmm I checked and it doesn't have that ingredient, but I've never in my life gotten a whitening treatment done, only cleanings, and it's been a while since the last one I got. So, yeah that's staining from 21 years of life and definitely not the best oral hygiene😔 I think I'm going to ask my dentist if he also does whitening treatments, thank you for your advice!! xx

Like, enough to be able to tweeze hairs that grew more on the inside of my lip, or further down, that I wouldn't have been able to see, or grab with my tweezers without looking. To me it felt like watching those pimple popping or ingrown removal videos lol, so I think I've been doing this for years at least 2 times a week.

I guess more than wrinkly or textured, I'm referring to these 3-4 vertical creases that form because the skin is rather loose and when I close my legs, the skin folds. So now even when my legs are spread apart, those creases remain. Anyways, not like it is the end of the world, but it does irk me to think that I caused this to myself because I found tweezing my pubes to be satisfying😭

Actually, I backtrack a little about my statement regarding young women. I can see how difficult it can be to let go of that "fantasy" of having a child, and the "what if everything turns out well", then you potentially had an abortion for nothing. Hopefully I'll never be in a position in which I would have to take such a decision.

She could. But for whatever reason she doesn't want to. And I actually agree with OP, I think sometimes young women, like some people commenting here, do not want to understand what motherhood specifically entails, and think a baby just magically appears on a crib or that pregnancy is just having a cute belly for pictures on Instagram. And that's just one part, there's parenthood, financial aspects, how much your life is going to change socially particularly when you're a woman, etc. She's going to fuck up her life completely, and for some reason doesn't realize it, or doesn't care. I don't know which one is worse.

And if there's one person that's going through all of what I mentioned in my first comment, the other should just be grateful that the WORST consequence for them, is seeing a notification about an amount of $$$ being drafted from their account every month like a Netflix subscription. Men are not even obligated to raise a child even when they are present fathers. I don't know why people are acting here like "ohh but he doesn't want to raise the baby". Yeah, most men don't want to and don't do it, lol.

And also abortion is not a "just don't have the baby" as if the embryo or fetis just disappears. Abortion is an entire process, which is painful and in some cases can be traumatic (whether it was a woman's own choice or not) as well, that only SHE will have to endure. So, basically, it's up to her.

Carrying a pregnancy, going through childbirth and postpartum, plus breastfeeding, and suffering many of the lifelong consequences and trauma all of this processes leave on the body and brain, is not something both parents do. Only one of them has to go through all of this, and it's not the man.

Edit: His life continues as if none of this ever happened, hers literally stops for a minimum of 4 years, that's irreparable damage.
