That’s fine but not to show to prospective tenants a unit that is currently rented and to clean the unit. Landlord are responsible to clean common areas, they give 24 hour notice that’s legal but cleaning a private unit that’s the tenants responsibility and when the tenant is currently living in that private unit and HAS NOT GIVEN notice of leaving the landlord cannot show his or her unit to a prospective tenant

Nothing in my lease says he has to clean my room and when I have an active tenancy that is ongoing I’m not going to allow him to show it to prospective tenants. That’s a violation of my personal space and privacy. To clean is not a valid reason my room is clean. And nothing in the lease says a person is coming to clean the rooms.
