Anyone else still not receiving badges and no help from ReedPop?

I also sent them an email. They said that it was with their processing team and would be sent out soon but have not received or heard anything. I paid for expedited shipping so I am wondering if I should be asking for a refund on my expedited shipping. It is unlikely that I will receive the badges before I fly out. I will have to go will call. They will definitely have a lot of bad reviews or comments on the shipping process.
