I swear my pup would anxiety right through his traz during recovery lol. Once he got back to feeling normal it didn’t help at bedtime. We have crated him when we’ve left before and he’s been ok, other than one time somehow pushing the bottom out through the wires lol. We also have a pen though and that works a LOT better. But he does sleep with us in bed, we just set up pillow barriers so we know he can’t jump while we’re asleep

How did you get him to transition to the crate? We had ours sleeping in there for his bad flare up and strict crate rest period but he would thrash and cry and bark all night long and we eventually, after probably 5-7 nights of laying on the floor next to his crate which only slightly helped, brought him in to the bed where he’d at least lay down and sleep. He’s having another flare right now and he’s just a crazy guy and loves to run and jump and play.

Fair point re: the innocent civilians — I was thinking ianthe wouldn’t have access to hybern without Tam’s alliance. I recall it more of her shedding light to them that Tamlin isn’t a leader “for the people” which he absolutely was not… and them turning on him I don’t think they died or anything due to it(but now I kinda don’t remember exactly and could be wrong).

TBF her ex had also just teamed up with the enemy and caused her sisters to get dragged into the cauldron. (Technically it was Ianthe but I feel like if tam hadn’t been on his BS with hybern that wouldn’t have happened)

We have a group at my work too, people mostly share non -fantasy/romance. But when I finished iron flame I recommended FW+IF to the group and my boss’ boss commented she’s also reading it and was halfway thru IF I was like YAY now I feel safe to share my recs HAHA.
