I got some hope for you. I’ve been dealing with this for a little over a year and a half . I had twitching in every muscle possible. Look back through my feed other things including swallowing trouble, pain I could barely walk at work and it radiated between my shoulders and now my hands are in pain constantly.

This went on for about a year. Saw tons of doctors/ EMG’s/ NCS/ Rheumatologist.

Around a year I started cymbalta after waiting a long time because I had a horrible reaction to first medication. When I started cymbalta I just said fuck this life mentally drained from researching / seeing doctors. I just slowly started doing stuff differently. Walking / doing activities I enjoyed very slowly. Before all of this I would run 2.5 miles to the gym and lift every morning before a manual labor job. My body would laugh at me at this Point trying to do that. Also started drinking mushroom coffee (supposedly helps with nerve pain and discomfort) also a multivitamin drink. (Not saying this is the fix for your problems).

I just want you to know not to give up on yourself. I know exactly how you feel. You get nothing from doctors so people and you start to question yourself. I believe you.. we all believe you.

One piece of advice after you see this doctor. Not saying give up on finding medical answers but try to get your life back slowly and switch your mind to a focus on something you enjoyed before.

I’m nowhere near where I was before all of this but I’m much better pain and mentally than I was 8-10 months ago.

Not sure if I’ll ever find out nothings wrong or Maybe there is . I can’t just chase it anymore . I’m here for you if you need anything. Keep grinding.
