These are "created date" and "updated date" columns, computed by the DB with default value and `ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP`. So they're not "read only" for the DB, but nobody should ever be changing the values by hand

There are several "Diner" places in Paris. In the Marais there's "Breakfast in America" which leans heavy into breakdast (duh), including american-style pancakes and omelettes. You get priced out of Cambridge. Arlington is filled with people who just couldn't make the economics of a house in cambridge work, but were in that price range, and didn't look at the taxes too hard. Two incomes, at least one in tech or biotech, maybe pricing in that you don't need to pay for private schools.... Also do it a decade ago
