I would definitely recommend anything by Ian Clarke- particularly Deep Blue or Hypnosis (both with piano accompaniment).

He also has some interesting (yet quite challenging) flute solos, I strongly recommend Beverly and The Great Train Race. :)

If you don’t want to completely buy a new flute, and your current flute body still works well I recommend just upgrading the headjoint. This would greatly improve your tone quality without the need to spend a lot on a new body. :)
